The American Quarter Horse Association is the world’s largest equine breed registry and membership organization. AQHA has registered more than 6 million American Quarter Horses since 1940. Today, AQHA has more than 225,000 members across the world and provides opportunities to enjoy the American Quarter Horse through showing, ranching, racing, and more. AQHA offers side pots at select open barrel races for competing registered American Quarter Horses.

The American Paint Horse Association is the world’s second-largest international equine breed association, registering more than a million horses in 59 nations and territories since it was founded in 1962. APHA promotes, preserves and provides meaningful experiences with Paint Horses. The APHA Paint Barrel Racing Incentive Program (PBRIP) was launched in 2013, designed to reward Paint barrel racers at events nationwide by adding money to Paint-exclusive side pots for those enrolled in the program. Today, PBRIP has more than 400 members and paid out more than $80,000 in 2021.

The Pink Buckle Barrel Race is an Open 4D & 2D Futurity for horses sired by Pink Buckle stallions. It is designed to dramatically increase the number and quality of barrel racing performance horses by promoting Pink Buckle stallions and their offspring. The 4D will be paid out equally and deeply across a ‘D’ system with 1/2 second splits. The 2D Futurity has a 3/4 sec split. The Women’s Professional Rodeo Association (WPRA) is the oldest women’s sports organization in the country. The Association was created in 1948 solely for women by women to add a little color and femininity to the rough-and-tumble sport of rodeo. The association boasts more than 3,000 members, over 1,500 events and payouts totaling over $5 million. WPRA, headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colo., provides opportunities for women across the United States and Canada to compete in the timed events of barrel racing, team roping, breakaway roping, and tie-down roping.
